What information do I need to get started?

What do you charge for your services?
That's generally a hard question to answer with no information on your end, as project fees are based on individual packages.
That said, solopreneurs/freelancer partners are charged an minimum hourly rate of $200 USD. Hourly rates do not operate in any other capacity.
What's the difference between a fractional leader and a traditional one?
This is a C-suite (executive) term referring to an individual who is hired by a business to work either project-to-project, or part-time. This works best for small-to-medium companies and startups seeking experts.
Do you offer ongoing support after project completion?
Hell yeah.
Marginalized in Mind is an advisory because it operates as a creativity-oriented guidance counselor for individuals and a creativity-oriented board member for larger enterprises. Long-term partnership and support is the goal.
