What information do I need to get started?
An understanding of your goals, target audience, and timeline. We'll chat more on our introductory call.
What do you charge for your services?
That's generally a hard question to answer with no information on your end, as project fees are based on designed packages.
Nonethless, individual consultations under Business Design are charged $600 for the initial three sessions, monthly retainers for operational management are usually arranged afterwards. Additionally, Curriculum Development services are $300 for single sessions, and $2,850 for 10 sessions (limited spots available).
Hourly-based rates are not available within any other contexts. Please contact for an evaluation based on your needs.
What's the difference between a fractional leader and a traditional one?
This is a C-suite (executive) term referring to an individual who is hired by a business to work either project-to-project, or part-time. This works best for small-to-medium companies and startups seeking experts.
Do you offer ongoing support after project completion?
Hell yeah.
Marginalized in Mind is an advisory because it operates as a creativity-oriented guidance counselor for individuals and a creativity-oriented board member for larger enterprises. Long-term partnership and support is the goal.
